TI-DS is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Consultant to work closely with the project design team to develop a monitoring and evaluation framework for a new grant.
- Location: Remote
- Contract Type: Consultancy
- Duration: January-February 2022 (with the majority of work to be undertaken in January)
- Language requirements: English required, French would be an advantage.
- Deadline for application: midnight on 3 January 2021
